If you want to find out if you are registered and other handy info from the state, go to My Vote:
You can see who your elected officials are, get the voter’s guide, drop box and voting center locations, and even display your ballot status for current election.  
The county elections site also has good information, including your precint, Legislative District (LD), at this site : https://www.clark.wa.gov/elections#expand
This includes the candidates who have filed, links to My Vote, and a link to a great youtube video that shows what happens to your ballot.   
Washington has a TOP TWO primary state, so for state and local offices, the top two vote-getters out of the primary go on to the general, even if they are both from the same party.   People can declare whatever party preference they want, so are not necessarily active in the party they declare.  More information about the Top Two primary can be found here:
